Currently under construction by accomplished home builder Brian A. Bailey, this elegant estate has been sited to take maximum advantage of the property’s stunning  skyline views from it’s perch high above Lady Bird Lake.  Our scope of work included the site preparation, concrete footings and drilled piers necessary to support a 7,700 s.f. slab-on-grade for the main house, in addition to footings and support walls for a 2,100 s.f. pool and terrace placed at the very edge of the building site overlooking Lady Bird Lake.
